The Law Offices of Peggi Collins prides itself on providing superior legal |
In June, 1998, Peggi resigned as partner of Collins, Robillard & Katz and became a sole practitioner. Having concentrated on transactional real property and tax law, including the representation of escrows, agents, and brokers, for many years, Peggi's current practice is largely focused on estate planning and probates, including the preparation of wills and trusts, and trust administration. As an adjunct to her real estate and estate planning practice, Peggi handles business formations and dissolutions for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. In addition to her busy practice, Peggi is very involved in community activities; she lectures on estate planning and real estate law, and she volunteers her time for numerous non-profit organizations. |
